    Basically, this. There have been crushes in the show, and they're always hetero and never actually go anywhere. There's Cadence and Shining Armor too, of course. But they were already engaged when they were introduced to the show, so it's different. Let's face it. The show isn't going in a romantic direction any time soon, and for good reason.

Like, all the time.     Be charismatic and witty. Tell plenty of jokes, but at the same time stay on topic. Don't allow any dead air; that's just boring. And for the love of Celestia... DON'T WEBCAM YOURSELF WATCHING. Seriously, nopony wants to see you staring at a computer screen. It seems to be becoming more and more popular these days, but it's a bad idea. Trust me.
