That's a good question. Wish I had an answer for ya. Maybe somepony else will know.
Are ya looking for New, or Used/like-new? You might get a good deal on a used one, since the PlayStation TV came out kinda recently in the US and Europe, I think. If you'd rather get one of them instead, make sure to check the compatibility list, as some vita games won't work on it.
