      Are you charging it when the battery has been significantly depleted? If you're charging it when it's only half depleted or topping up the charge when it's still got about 80% or 90% charged, it can sometimes cause the battery to lose it's "0%" point. I've had that with a few devices I kept topping up the charge on. One moment it will be 40% charged and then a couple of seconds later it'll shut off and register at having 0% charge. It suddenly takes that 40% as its new 0%.

      @WWolf No. Charging when it ISN'T significantly depleted can be bad.
