Are they shared in sections or do you get the one that has waited the longest? Is the a

queue system?

In general, I try to jump on the high-priority tech related ones really quickly. Bugs on the site take top priority over everything else. After that, come the general questions. After that, comes everything else.

The exception to this is moderation disputes. Those are examined slowly and by multiple administrators, so they take quite a bit of time to get answered. Normal staff members do not have access to the moderation disputes area.
