The difference between me being banned, and the other member was that she hadn't made a single other post. I've made countless threads, relations, and have messages and donation history throughout the forum that would be lost if I wanted to make a new account, while the other banned user lost nothing at all besides the 5 minutes it takes to register an account.

I'm certain the if the other member had been an active user, or at least spent over 5 minutes on the forum in the past 6 months, then a negotiation could have been worked out. If I had a username based off of a famous brony and they came to join the forum, I would have not problem changing my name to work something out. It the other member had been an active user the same would have probably been the case.
