      Well, I'm pretty sure that it won't directly have anything to do with apples i the end anyways. The rest is easy prediction, based on classic writing for shows and some aspects of interpersonal relations that haven't brought up in the show yet.

      You can rub your forehead in the morning and when he goes to feel your head, it will be burning. I'm not sure how your father checks to see if you have a fever. That's how I got out of school from time to time, though. People usually don't get well in a single night, so it will either be the same as you feel now or possibly worse. When it turns to early in the morning, most parents can care less anyway and let you stay home.

      I kinda wanna go to school, but I don't want to stay sick for a long time if I go to school, since their is cold air now, and I do a lot of running around at the gym

      If you're sick, your gym teacher probably wouldn't let you participate. I'm not sure how you feel about gym class, though. But, even being sick and going to school can get other kids sick or even get you sicker. If you do go, dress warm and don't overwork your body too badly.
