If she hasn't already, then she would probably reply to the whole race dispute with: "They're all ponies." Rarity and Twilight are unicorns, Fluttershy and RD are pegasi, Applejack and Pinkie are Earth Ponies. Those ARE their races. Humanized, they're whatever race the artist chooses. But all their voice actors are anglo-saxon, so far as I know.
