  1. OOC: http://mlpforums.com/topic/126584-activate-protocol-destinymystery-adventure-action/?p=3684734 I woke up again, alone in the ample darkness. No [Redacted] was with me; They left to find the food again. This place of mine was of halls among halls, dim lit in its hellishness. I wasn't starving, I was staving off something more important: The willingness to die. I want out. I want out. I said in my own head. The others were dwindling and I will succumb soon to it as well. They will die in the way to survive; I will die searching for the way to live. As I ascended the levels, I noticed how the insanity died down. The walls had been cleaner and less gritted by the insanity of a thousand hooves (though 50 still stand to do so). The symbols on the walls look fresh er and fresher yet the meaning of these were still unknown. The only account I have on these were the symbols changed as I progressed. When they both were unfamiliar I was exhausted. I knew I was going to die soon but one more ascension I said to myself. Strange. A symbol-less floor. I struggled to ascend to the next to see if it was different. The same symbol popped up as above, so below. I took rest to regain my strength then tried the door leading into the floor. It was stuck. I kicked it in. What i saw was a plethora beyond all imagination. What I did understand was completely vanquished by the sheer shock absorbed by my visuals. Alike bodies coevered in darkness, a green gel and some invisible force holding them to a certain area. Lights were everywhere. My curiosity grew brighter and brighter with each step. I felt the invisible walls and they were smooth and curved all the way around. I felt the rough ropes which connected itself to several apparatuses, thick and rough but empty with air. In the moments haze, I felt like I've made a mistake. I pressed against something and it collapses: A big red something the size of my hoof. "Activate protocol destiny! Warning! Process initializing.,, in 3... 2... 0." I received new knowledge through a thousand needle prods. Machines held me down and forced upon me a higher existence. A genetic beast no longer, I became a fragment of destiny. They gave the C.I.C.T.E.M information to me and its sole goal, to destroy itself. The building itself crumbled with the metal cocoon. There was a flash of dark light and all of the [Redacted] were teleported to the outside society. "Cause chaos." I told them. "We will." --- "The Pegasus guard are squandering to subdue these unknown assailants that happened to appear out of no where. Heavy casualties for both sides as the battle rages on. If you see a mutated pony out of the ordinary, do not engage. From what we're seeing they can rip an earth pony in half in less than seconds and withstand small arms fire. I highly recommend staying out of the east side High Ryse. I repeat, stay the hell away from that place." The PA system was interconnected to the whole city, both conciders and Outliers heard this call. They rush to the scene. (Rps up, I was busy )
  2. You're in. (Also, The fertile ponies are result of a genetic mutation because the system of creation isn't perfect, but these fertile ponies require the hormones to go through a mating 'puberty'. Think of everyone as a little filly-ish because of the denial of puberty) @@Malafax,@, @@Windbreaker, I'm starting this Rp tomorrow .
  3. You joining? Also Bump, the role play is finally complete. I just need more ponies to join
  4. Yes, since here's relly no one else. Also Update: I've been very busy but not anymore. So My completion of this rp will be done soon.
  5. @, Guns will be added, also sabatoge and other stuff. Today maybe I'll finish with the locales and the things and stuff.
  6. Least three more. I need equal Sides. (I'm going to finish the locations today in between my classes)
  7. You're in. I'm putting you in Outliers since you don't like the system. I'm going to start this rp when there's enough people.
  8. Rp: http://mlpforums.com/topic/127130-protocol-destiny/ Background: In the future, natural birth is impossible. A plague called the Fersai( Fer-sai) has sterilized the entire population and rendered it to die in the coming generation. However, ponies figured out a way to continue the life cycle. By gathering the great alicorn Twilight Sparkle along with the other great minds, They were able to create a C.I.C:T.E.M. This C.I.C:T.E.M maintains the populace by capping the life span of all ponies, as well as create new ponies to replace the deceased. How it works, At the mid life of any given pony, they will have a chance to create a replacement but also. They wont remember who they created. This ensures new life as well as give society a social diversity as well as give a two part class system. In this class system all, if not almost all ponies can reach the second prime class. The two class system based on the Pre-elders and the elders: Pre-elders are the working class, who do the labor and the handy work. Elders do the more intelligible paper work and other positions. What separates them is the Writ of legacy, a process that happens in midlife. This process, as mention above, a new life will be formed. In this proceeding, one will be asked the question "Who have you wanted to be?" and that answer will be analyzed. The result will be a new pony. This new pony will have a gestation time of one day then a foal will appear in a orphanage out of town in the next day. Orphanages operate as social inebriation, no adoptions are held and they will be raised and schooled inside. At the quarter of their estimated time span, they will work the other quarter. Then the process repeats. Cyclical Implemented Conglomeration: Theology Estimated Maternity = C.I.C:T.E.M Foreground: Since the system is relatively new (Two generations have passed), There are multiple problems in its wake. Tyre Grendine has implemented a system of redundancies, or genetic motivation to destroy the system itself. These motivations are secret to the general public and are classified in two groups: The outliers, the ones who wish to seek end to the system and the conciders, the ones who seek to preserve the system. Now who are you? A bystander, an Outlier or Concider? Introduction: This RP will take place in Industrialized Equestria, complete with phones and cars and fire arms. Factories and smoke are small scale but important to the RP, in terms of plot movement. Your goal is to either find an exploitation to this system and bring it down that way or the bring those who wish upon this system destruction, a lofty jail cell. Outliers, you have options: 1. Find the Genesis File: File that identifies all of the creators and their created legacy. 2. Find and sabotage the laboratories that create life. Create chaos in your wake 3. Not every pony is infertile. Conciders, You are on the defensive: 1. Find Outlier identities and subdue them... or kill them. 2. Convince them to defect. 3. Stop them at all costs. Notes: 1. Within a group, one can sense others within that group. SO there's no 'Out of character meeting in the right place right time' controversy. 2. Royal guard are you back up, Conciders. Mind you only two to each pony, helps with flanks but be warned you're not getting high end op characters with Mary sue abilities. 3. The more you investigate Outliers, the more you stand out of the crowd. Little by little ponies around your will be more distinguished from you. 4. You guys can disguise yourselves in both parties. Locations: Gramdkersan: This is the city the Rp will take place. Its a self Sustainable grid filled with nurmeous function such as farms, factories and residences. Skyscrapers are purposed for either one of three tasks: Food production, Industrial production, and residences. The Redlight: Since most of the consequences of sex has been dealt with, This place has been booming with economy with customers everyday. These denizens of pleasure include high posistion elders and some retired considers as well as other less important folk. This is where most shady business deals go and plans are discussed. The whole distracted is marked with an Erie red light. Short buildings are the consistency in this area. (Please follow the rules of this site and don't explicitze rp) The market: A simple market that is in the center of the city High Ryse Division: Some are glas, some are concrete and some are plain metal. This is the high rises theat produce food and provide living quarters. The metal ones are never explored, public says inside of them there are possible ghost and infection or something far worse. The labs are hidden in these metal coffins; 100 floors and 99 of them are empty; given the right floor (the others will initiate a fail safe(Involves the REDACTED). The other two are more public, The concrete buildings provides every pony with living quarters. The glass skyscrapers are huge farms with clear soil and clear panels, The processes of which, havest and growth are still kept under wraps; Unlike the other two are heavily guarded. Grounds Ala Keep: Guard stations, Huge complex with its own training grounds, armory, and weapons facility. Conciders get your guys here and Outliers Be ware of here, the compound has an effective spotting radius around its borders. Sign-up Sheet: (If you can link me a Oc page that will be a fine substitute.) Name: Gender: Age: Appearance: Personality: More important: Concider or Outlier?: (There's a third option neither but that's a bit boring) Rules: 1. No godmodding, that's important. 2. No instantly sherlocking where things are.Loop holes aren't so simple. 3. No mary sues. Who I have: 1.Seven Stars (Outlier non-elder) 2.Noble Persona (Concider elder, assume you've taken the test) 3.Mister Re (Redacted pony) 4.Dark Star(Outlier non-elder) 5.Fusion Chord (Outlier non-elder) 6.
  9. Name: Humbug Chasity Lime Age: 23 Appearance: http://mlpforums.com/page/roleplay-characters/_/humbug-r6617 Species: Earth pony
  10. ((@Majestic I'm on a side boss. Humbug needs a very important drop.)) Humbug stumbled as she was side swiped by a granular claw, her body etched a silhouette where the massive palm met resistance. It was Darude: An entity of sand and fire. The dragon had been packed of sand and imbued with magical prowess, thus granting it immense strength and power. Defeating it would boost her levels and give her an item that she desperately needs: The Heart of the Sandstorm. From local NPC Legend, The item would grant 30% max health and can filled with health potions that would passively drain into the player, healing them until it ran empty. --- "Feel the power of the Humbeserker!"
  11. Defeat Darude. Humbug traversed the scarred sands of the third floor to find the boss arena. The recommended level she surpassed but the quest marker still portrayed its difficulty to be very hard. Humbug wasn't worried a single bit however. She had high enough health regeneration and the stockpile of health potions didn't hurt to have either. Her armor heed been cotton and leather, because having metal could backfire considering friendly fire. The green mare came across another pair of scorpions which were quickly dispatched with three sonic blasts. There was a change in the terrain ahead: Sand turned slick glass. "I must be here." A large roar came up behind her. "Shit."
  12. "...and the mare, with brevity and bravery, slayed all of the scorpions with the might of her steel and vocals. This heroine was unstoppable, unrelenting and unfazed until she saved them all. Because, All of them had to be saved. Everyone deserves a second chance at life. Even you little fillies." Her book item was empty of text, but it exempted her from revealing the source of the story: Truth. Many foals who ventured to level up often turned up missing, so it was law that they stay in the safe zones. The lot stayed, the ones who disobeyed were 'grounded'. Humbug smiled by their smiles, She only allowed herself the bare minimum of survival. Any luxury was given to the children, who missed their old life and parents more than she did. The mare gave it her all, leveling up, she only spent money on better armor and health potions. Nothing cosmetic. As her old profession of foal sitting, though she hated it, it seemed natural to her. For the nights she couldn't sleep, she hummed like a wolf to the moon. On top of the roofs of the inns she didn't rent. She was the talk of the towns. Code name: The Hymn. --- Humbug took time to combine in game mechanics with her own special talent. Her hymn attacks now emanated a white rings and signaled the damaging area affected. It gave her a damage boost, due to accurately following the damaging systems in place.
  13. "I'm going ahead of you guys... Don't follow... please. I won't take your word for it, because I took care of... ponies... before all this. I should know whether its my fault or not." Humbug warped to the next level and continued her journey on her own. "This place is new..." The 3rd floor was a barren desert, laden with canyons, dunes and cacti.
  14. "Okay, I'll... I'll think I'll rest now. Humbug arrested herself to the floor, the cold tiles gave her some comfort that kept her mind off the guilt. She killed some pony, unintentionally however, but it was still her fault. All her fault. "I can't risk this again. I just can't. From now on, no more other party members. I work alone, I won't be able to harm anything else If I do." She said to herself
  15. Myst's armor was shaking too much for him to move properly so he took cover behind a pillar. The rocks that sheltered him weren't stable, he needed to move but it was too late. The pillar collapsed on top of him, leaving him venerable to the hell hounds clutches. Each head took an individual bite out of him and his body shattered like glass. "NO!" Humbug stopped her hymm and started crying. The mare now ceased to stand, but her strength left her eyes open. "Gale, Gale! Get behind me now!" The mare's rage was effervescent, she planted her hooves once more and coerced her body into accepting the pain to come. "Humm...mmmm...Mmmmmm....MMMmmmm...MMMMM." Her avatar shook until it was only a green blur, the only stable thing was her health bar, which rapidly went from green to orange then red. Cerberus took 25% percent of his max health in damage. She chugged health elixir, using her megaphone as a funnel. Humbug prepared her exhausted body once more...
  16. "I must've been reading the map upside down..." Re adjusted his plain view of the map to the right posisiton. "Oh well." Mister Re was sick now, for a moment. Something inside told him that he did this before, a mongrel of experience: an immortal. It was high time to end this, it told him. Re prepared his weapons and sprinted from roof to roof. "War, it is now and will end now." He dived into a group of guards.
  17. "Fug!" Humbug was a mid-air swipe trying to hit one of the heads, sending her through two stone pillars. She took Fifty percent of her health but quickly regained it with health potions. "Now, I'm angry." Humbug sent a shock wave tsunami from her location. Three heads aren't better than one. She damaged her party but for every one tick damaged they suffered, the boss suffered three times as much. Due to the extent, her attack also damaged her. Humbug signaled them others to get behind her.
  18. "I'll go first. Since I have the ability to damage friend and foe alike. Cover my flanks." Humbug entered the large arena with ancient pillars and torches alike, her disposition was under yet confidence. Four against one. Their levels should be matched by her level sense, maybe their stronger she thought. "HHHmmmmm." She echoed, looking for an entity. The mare's ears twitched and she turned source of life. "A Cerberus." A Giant Blue Cerberus stared in her face. "HMMMMMM!" Her body recoiled back from the force, scraping the ground and leaving an indent.
  19. Humbug gave Tempest a suspicious look. Myst was sitting against a wall, eating a fruit. "And here I thought you worked alone... My name is Humbug and this is Myst." Humbug gestured her hoof to the knight in black armor. "We're a little exhausted, so wait a minute while we recover." Humbug resumed her panted she ceased for the conversation. Minutes were gone and her exhaustion was gone. "Okay, I'm ready and seems so is Myst." "I'm always ready." Myst of Re said getting up.
  20. "We need to turn left, right, down, then right again." Humbug closed her eyes and listened to the echo of the dungeon. The rebound sound analyzed how many twists, turns and enemies. "There are many enemies ahead. I'll come a calling while you welcome them." "Okay then." Myst readied his swords and bow. "I'll tap your shoulder if I can't hold them back." Humbug planted her feet and took a deep breath, she then let her muffled voice rage across the halls. The damaging effect made every creature within range charge at the one player. Some of them, dying before even remotely close: The others, the stronger ones were skewered by the swords tip, charged by sword art. By the hours past, the sound of glass shattering was gone. And everything else was silent. "We're near the boss chamber. We recharge our health first then lets head out."
  21. "Are you sure that should be working here?" Humbug cringed at the sound of the constant anvil. "Monsters, we could die. This is careless." "Its okay, The game recognizes this area as a shop because of my anvil, so no monsters can get to us." Re reset the forming animation, over and over. "Just stay as close as possible. By the way this doesn't work in dungeons or boss areas." The stallion struck his hammer for the last time, forming a bladed megaphone. The edge was serrated to deflect and damage anything that hit it. Inside had been fitted with a silver speaker that amplified sound. "Woah..." She stared in awe at her new weapon. "It's been made with living metal. This baby will scale as much as you do. Your welcome."
  22. "Switch!" Humbug and Myst struck to the beat of the anvil. Incoming metal swipes were deflected by him and she was given the chance to strike. She flew through the air and struck left, right then down. Afterward her hum blew her back while simultaneously damaging the metal wolf. It was her turn to deflect. The beast struck and the megaphone funneled the force of the strong swipe sideways, user and all. She was dragging dirt in her defense. "Switch!" The stallion aimed to the air and charged his sword. The glow turned the blade white and he fired while swinging down. The move imitated a downward slash as if he were wielding a sword, but a bow he held. A garbling cry as a its last hp bars fell. "Good, now i can make better swords. Thank you for teaming up with me."
  23. Hey, could you review my Oc? http://mlpforums.com/page/roleplay-characters/_/mr-re-r4239
  24. Humbug traversed the lower level, killing as many things as she could. Mobs of enemies died as she ran past with her damaging area of effect, the ones that survive met a sharp cone to the head and an ending tune. For hours she just ran in large curves that ended up to be circles, nothing hostile was safe. After awhile, she stopped running and humming and practiced her sword skill. Alone, The green mare developed techniques that used both sword skill and her special talent. Spinning hollow cone tackle, Downward Hell-hole smash, Sound propulsion. She was faster and stronger. She knew more the extent of her power but still needed a Duo switch. A colt was slowly clapping. Humbug turned around. "I'm impressed. You seem to be very powerful." He was whiter than ashen coal and so very pale, his armor was heavy yet he carried a bow. "I am the Myst of Re, and you?" "Humbug."
