When I started watching Jon Pertwee was the Dr-although the one I remember best was T.B, obviously. 'The Pyramids Of Mars' really stood out from him, probably 'The Brain Of Morbius' from J.P.
Yep, I started at the beginning of Pertwee too. Inferno, Green Death, Planet of the Spiders. I always made sure backpacks slammed into my back forcefully due to that last one. Just in case there was something needing squishing.
Oh yeah-forgot about that one. 'The Giant Robot' was pretty cool also. 'The Claws of Axos' with the big rubbery tentacles, even now those shows have a dark element that made them more believable imo.
