      If they laugh at you, make a few comebacks yourself. Like if your dad watches football, just say how he likes to see a bunch of sweaty guys in tight clothing tackling each other and chasing a ball. (This works if your dad is a easy-going guy; I don't have a dad, so I wouldn't know; I don't want you to get in trouble for being a smart-alack lol)
