No, I wouldn't, and I actually don't think most people would.
You see, it is very hard to actually find someone in the general population, who would willingly give up their life for someone else to live. The reason being is because it's human nature to value life. A lot of people don't think it, but it is true, we all value our lives. Because without our lives, we would literally be nothing. Sure, you need the key things like air, water and food, but actually, when you are born, that is the most important; it's what keeps you going. Even if you were starving in Africa, you're still living your life, aren't you?
I for one wouldn't die for anyone, I actually see value in my life, and I am scared of dying. Even though I'm young, I keep dreading the day when I will become old, then eventually die. Everything about me, and over time, memory of me, will be gone forever. Like I said before, it is human nature, most humans are scared of dying, even though we don't necessarily show or see it.
The only exception I can really say is people who have committed suicide, and those that are in situations where maybe your death could help someone else live, like in a disaster perhaps, or the only way to escape is to die.
