      There is no way to prove God did that. Actually from what I remember according to physics even if God does exist he could've only made laws of physics for our universe and now has no influence over it. That speaks even more against it.

    This forum had some trolls etc in past (and probably still some try to get on to do some damage) and is well known across the web. So far there were no problems, but many people who became victims to internet bullying too assumed it will never happen to them. In this case - better safe than sorry if such change to thread is possible.

    I did that to my friend's picture on here and found her name and second name on some random site. With those I've found her facebook. And her hometown. Yes, they can find the person that way. Barely anyone will write 5 posts for that thread when there are easier places to do that elsewhere, trust me
