  1. Today's shoutouts! @Princess Silky Everypony already knows what a marvelous being You are. But today's thank You will be for the lovely art You made for me. Yes, I get it, I was going on and on about it for entire day already. To this I say: @Dynamo Pad One of my newest friends (even though we already have few months on our backs <3 I had a lot of fun on a stream with You and I hold that memory very fondly <3 BUT NO AIMING FOR THE BUTT @Nitobit Another companion of a fine quality, seeing You always brings smile to my face and Your gentleness inspires me @TheRockARooster For being a quality chef and quality friend <3 And to everypony gathered on the forums for being such a fine community!
  2. And even if you crush my body And drain it till the last drop You can never touch my spirit You can never touch my soul No matter how bleak or how hopeless No matter how hard or how far You can never break my conation Tear the will apart from desire
  3. 10/10. Simple, but spot on and I love the adventurous vibe of it <3
  4. I give it 8/10. Cute, great choice of colours and I can see You made it Yourself <3
  5. Star Wars Knights Of The Old Republic 2 has some balance issues. It isn't even that one class is more powerful than another, it is simply very easy to become stupidly OP, especially as Jedi Consular given how powerful force powers can be. I usually play as Jedi Guardian/Weapon Master (that isn't even the most powerful combination) yet the game is simply easy. When I go for force powers... "easy" doesn't even cut it Force Storm through everything xD Skyrim with its slogan "no matter how You start the game, You'll always end up as stealth archer". And even putting that aside - enchanting/alchemy loop can easily break the game. And do so literally as when Your damage is counted in millions the game literally dies Mass Effect 3 - grab any companion capable of wielding N7-Typhoon. Give them all the damage bonuses You can. Suddenly You become the sidekick in Your own story to that companion
  6. I have issues with the earth pony magic personally tbh. It feels to me kind of forced as it still comes down to casting spells in unicorn-like fashion and I am certain unicorns are capable (or should be capable) of doing the same feats. Kind of gives me vibes of, what I like to call "force Discord call" from Star Wars sequels. Unnecesarry, forced ability that feels more like a plot convinience than actual power that fits in the worldbuilding. There's argument that every race must have magic and pegasuses do as well, but the truth is - pegasuses have wings that allow them to fly, they don't utilize magic for it, in fact, I never understood why would they lose that ability in a movie. All I can think of is "they forgot how to use them", but it was obvious that with proper help they could manouver well with using them so that argument falls apart rather quickly. I suppose they may have became heavier, held down to the surface, but even that's a far fetched theory. Anyway, I always believed earth ponies had one thing that pegasuses or unicorns could never possess - creativity to overcome their physical boundaries. What they couldn't solve with magic or wings they could with their brains. Earth pony magic effectively disables that. They no longer attune to nature, for example like farming ponies would - they simply tap their hooves and stuff happens. In a way, I believe it cheapens earth ponies instead of giving them feeling of significance (which they had already without magic). Since earth pony magic, so far took much space in generation 5 I sadly have to say I am not a big fan of this magic system. It's not bad, don't get me wrong, but I think the one from gen 4 was more meaningful.
  7. Tbh I much prefer Spike, because he can actually be a relatable character to young audience. He's a young teenager going through that period of life when one wants to do good, but is confused with the world around them. Suddenly nothing is simple anymore, we see hardships and struggles we were blind to before. We say things that sometimes are dumb or... a little too blunt despite our honesty and despite best intentions we may even hurt someone. We struggle to fully handle our emotions as due to us developing these are running rampart in all sorts of ways. Spike also represents that more "geeky" part of us that mane 6 doesn't as even Rainbow Dash, for example isn't much into superhero stuff, while Spike definitely is. He has many traits mane 6 doesn't have (because these simply wouldn't fit them). He has actual personality, learns his lessons and we can see him growing throughout the show. Sparky... I haven't seen entire gen 5 yet, but he feels like a character made for the sake of being "adorable" or, I don't know, memes? I am not a big fan of him unfortunately. I can't even say much about him, while, as You can see, there's much to be said about Spike and that's despite me trying to make it short. So, in short - Spike wins. EDIT: "weans"? What was wrong with me Flawless spelling!
  8. I was a difficult student at school. My biggest problem was - to truly learn something I had to be interested in something. That's why for example on history classes when we talked about ancient Egypt i was a walking encyclopedia, but romanticism was exhausting to me (especially literature from that period was difficult to handle for me as some ideals from those times are downright toxic). I have a strong need to understand what I am learning. That's my utmost motivation and without it I am unable to get anywhere with my studies or goals. I never liked the approach of memorizing something as then it feels like a waste of time and space. Unfortunately that led to me receiving rather average grades, because not even a possibility to receive a D/C for my lack of effort was enough to intimidate me into learning the way polish schools back then wanted me to learn - by mindlessly remembering stuff. I don't work well under pressure, in fact - apply pressure on me, tell me to hurry and likely I will fail xD School paid little attention to that and, much to my disappointment never understood why my homework was always flawless yet my schoolwork that demanded brainless RUSH was average at best. It was believed that I copied it/parents did my homework, a problem especially in high school as most teachers there were... pretty bad if I were honest. I know that what I wrote sounds like typical excuse of average student always blaming teachers for his shortcomings, but unfortunately I really had bad luck with plenty of teachers Fortunately there were those who took their time to understand me and with them I always got A as my final grade
  9. Mom was celebrating namesday so I got some delicious cake ...now I need to figure out a gift for her what is namesday though seriously why do people celebrate it I don't even know where mine is somepony help me this is crazy why is there no party if there's a celebration, just some cake
  10. Cancer right here. I don't take zodiac signs too seriously, they're more of a "fun fact" to me that somewhat may describe me, but should be treated carefully to not fall into confirmation bias. Still sometimes such symbols can prove to be inspiring and there's no harm in seeking hope in them for as long as we're aware that what we are doing is not something real, just our own way to cope with reality. I can think of plenty things in spiritual that actually do connect to my personality and behaviour well and I do enjoy knowing that. I just don't let it get too much into my head, because ultimately I decide who I am. It's just - real or not - magic and spiritual topics can be interesting and fun so despite being an atheist I do enjoy having a little peek at them at times
  11. Is that a challenge? I spend around 2-3 hours on the forums daily. But it doesn't mean I am actively here, more like - it's running in the background and I check on it whenever I see a notification appearing. As far as actively posting is concerned - I would say around 30 minutes
  12. When I woke up, logged in to the forums, wrote my first post and saw gorgeous profile picture @Princess Silkymade for me. It's so precious and I can't get over it
  13. Pondering my future. I need to restore plenty of my skills that grew rusty over years. I am going to pursue music a bit more and stay true to my passions through that. Overall... I am going on quite an adventure with what I am about to do
  14. A bit sleepy as I haven't rested enough. I got some intense news early in the morning from parents and it kept me quite... restless. Now I calmed down and instantly started yawning Just so nopony is concerned - the news was actually good
  15. I said it before, Silky, I'll say it again. Seeing You at work with art makes me so happy. You've been so productive lately and it shows in how rapid Your progress is. You inspire me and Bastian got a truly mighty gift here You're my favourite, most inspiring artist <3 *hugs*
  16. If I should accept friend's invitation for saturday. On one side it's always nice to meet people and saturday is, like, the only day in a week, when I can socialize in person. On the other hand... I feel a bit meh about it as I had different idea for saturday... Decisions, decisions...

  18. Aww You make me blush... I am trying my best, I really must practice more though! Oh gosh... exactly! That's how You're supposed to live! There will always be nasty people crossing our path, sadly that's part of life. But we don't have to pay attention to them or give them some of our time. Life is too wonderful for that! Best ignore them and proceed towards brighter things
  19. There's always room for improvement (and I see room for improvement in my music too despite others insisting it's amazing so I know that feel too well ), but honestly, I adore what You drew. For me it is flawless
  20. Hey, I can build that AT-AT for You! I will give You address to which You would ship it! Of course I will definitely send it back once it is assembled

  22. I've never seen anything related to minions and I don't plan to tbh. They always felt kind of bland and corporate to me
  23. I've been to concert of band Insomnium in year 2019 and that was one insane experience. The crowd was flawless - very active, but also mindful of what's going on, playing was very tight, overall... I really need to see them live again... and this time get autographs and make sure all of my friends get a day off on day after Overall metal concerts are just too much fun and I have to go to more of them!
