It's quite a day, especially today's morning was a surprise for me (unfortunately not a positive one this time), but I am hanging in there and hopeful, set on my goals. I feel positive about the future in general

I honestly and non ironically believe this place to be the best social network. My issue with social media is that they're too advertisement driven, there's too much politics, tension and algorythms can give one a real headache. I struggle to enjoy them, they feel incredibly toxic, the only "fun" in them is talking to people You already know as getting to know new ones is yet another chore out there. Here though? People are fun, friendly, wholesome, it's easy to hang out. I feel genuinely happier logging on here and it always improves my mood even if I had to face some challenges in person. You, guys are seriously the best and I wish other social medias took notes from my fellow members here. We make the best community online, in my opinion, period

Most people don't expect me listening to this kind of music, but this band's work I completely fell in love with despite their music touching more of a gloomy and sad territory. Very emotional, intense and I adore especially the clean vocals, chorus in this one is insane for me. -

books What books were you expected to like as a child but didn't?

It's rather easy, most of books that were considered "obligatory" in school. It's not that I don't appreciate writing of old, in fact I understand its legacy and importance to modern literature, but in school it was presented like some unreachable masterpiece that's still relevant, not describing events of old or simply being inspired by those. That pretensious mindset made me dislike old literature however unfair it may be, because I was taught to see myself as some sort of half wit for having a preference to read for example The Lord Of The Rings (yes, it's old literature as well, but not in my school's opinion ). -

Sunny autumn is truly beautiful, isn't it The way sun reflects on yellow and red leaves and how the warmth is of more gentle kind than during the summer... Autumn may not be my favourite season, but to not appreciate it would be such a waste :3

No. Hearing is too important to me (especially as a musician), besides I can't really enjoy music when it becomes so loud that all the details of it are gone under excessive, distorted noise loud volume causes. It's just not fun to be honest, at least for me. -

It's simple to me: 1. Be kind to others - it's the most basic thing everyone, in my opinion should follow. There are enough jerks and otherwise mean-minded people in the world, no need to add our names to the list of those 2. Don't get too open in front of strangers - personal data is too important to spread it around. Keep it only for people You know well. 3. Stay true to Yourself - don't be some fake conman. You waste not only time of other people who spend time with You, You waste Your own time as there's little happiness to be found when pretending to be someone You're not Of course we can go into more details, but I prefer to keep it simple as all the details would fall under those 3 points anyway -
My recent purchases are pretty much Lego sets X-Wing and Mandalorian Starfighter to be specific.

Hi, everypony! As some of You know and the rest are about to find out, thanks to @Princess Silky I started reading again! Part of the task I accepted is that I will make blog entries that will contain my opinion and commentary about what I've read so far! As first book I am going to touch I have the fantasy classic! The Fellowship of The Ring by J.R.R. Tolkien! I've already went through 3 chapters, but for today I will just give summaries for the first 2 and then do another 2 chapters tomorrow (as today I will ready chapter 4!). Afterwards I will cover a single chapter daily, unless, for any reason there won't be much to say One last thing before we advance if anyone wishes to join this humble reading quest - my thoughts may contain spoilers! Anyway! My thoughts on chapter 1! And now chapter 2! That's it for now <3 Thank You to those who read my blog entry and here's a free hug *hugs* :3
