    I've noticed a few times when embedding videos in posts, only two will embed, but for any concurrent videos, only a link will show up. Granted, this is not severely limiting, but it can be inconvenient at times. I am curious as to the cause for this, as well as if there are any bypasses that don't involve having to add junk posts for the sake of a couple videos. Apologies if this was mislabeled, thank you in advance for reading this and for (hopefully) providing an answer.

    Floor Jansen (Nightwish), primarily due to GLS (if you're impatient, jump to 8:08) I'm not really a fan of her other stuff, but that is more about style, her voice is awesome. Same goes for Tarja Turunen (also Nightwish). Also Anna Murphy (Eluveitie), Fiona Rüggeberg, and Elisabeth Pawelke (Faun), not just for their voices, but for the music of the band as a whole (which, in truth, I generally care about more than individual members).     That joke was crappy I'd make a bread pun, but telling stale jokes goes against the grain; I want the standards to rise, and this is no time to loaf around. Hopefully inspiration begins to flour, though getting baked may help.

    Read it. It is pretty good, but has some incomplete and conflicting information, but it is what inspired me to compile a guide. His other book, World War Z, was a good read. My "guide" went into combat methods with various methods, analyses of what makes a zombie a zombie and the implications. general survival, specialized info, basic combat, all sorts of fun stuff.

    Freeze dried food is magic. My zombie plan: head for the hills. My family is into backpacking, so we have plenty of lightweight gear plus axes and a few other potential, if less than optimal, weapons (plus there are a few possible nearby locations to raid for supplies) and can go out to the mountains (which have wildlife and plant matter galore). If we can survive until winter (which is usually about 7 months long, even more up in the mountains), then the zombies will be immobilized (frozen solid), making for easy killin'. Spend summers in the mountain and winters in towns. Back in high school I put some thought into devising combat methods for fighting zombies with small and improvised weapons (knives, rocks, everyday tools) as well as other elements of zombie survival (I originally meant to compile a guide, but only have a small collection of notes).

    Disclaimer, these are just my head-canons, and have yet to be supported or disproved by the show. 1. She gets stronger in a way. Assuming Alicorn magic has the power to corrupt (explaining it looking like Sombra's Dark Magic), my theory is that Luna was overwhelmed and corrupted and Nightmare Moon has more power, but only because Luna chooses not to use it. You raise an interesting question, if NMM is a second personality which prefers a more menacing visage, she obviously requires the power to change appearance, though for now I'll think of that as a side effect or overflow of the Dark Magic. 2. Luna is a couple years younger than Celestia, and when they stopped aging they were young enough to be significantly different in size, so Luna stayed smaller. 3. Celestia is slightly stronger. Luna would probably have been drained from her imprisonment, and Celestia would have had that time to grow stronger, partly by necessity.

    Regardless of law, MLP will fall into public domain when Hasbro no longer feels the copyright is worth enforcing. The minute MLP is no longer profitable enough to merit protecting, Hasbro will stop sending in lawyers, even if the law is on their side. Copyright law may apply for a long time, but it is possible that Hasbro may cease caring and allow MLP (or a least current generations) to effectively fall into public domain within a relatively short span compared to the legal timeline.

    Words of wisdom from my father: "You can pick your friends, and you can pick your nose, but you can't pick your friend's nose." After severely regretting my decision of university program which I greatly disliked and will most likely land me a job that will make me hate myself for the rest of my life and talking about what I actually wanted to do, my mom responded with "Eww, that's a dirty job, besides you never know where life will take you". Granted, that was the opposite of inspiring and reminded me of why I never talk to my parents, but that one part: "you never know where life will take you" gave me a faint glimmer of hope.

    Alone. Except for family dinners, that's how I've always done it, and the rare occasions I've been invited to eat with others were pretty ruttin' awkward. Plus I generally only cook when I am alone, which has the added bonus of leftovers for the next day.

    1000m/s3 is a pretty big jerk I think the entire Canadian Senate and AHS executives count. AHS executives especially. These people are (present tense, considering the directors' severance packages, plus there are more layers to the problem) siphoning off millions of dollars from the front lines of the medical system to line their own pockets. F**king thieves in charge of ensuring quality and timeliness of medical care, and they abandon all of that out of greed. The AHS Board of Directors shouldn't have been dismissed, they should have been arrested.

    Tribe o' 3, in reference to Three Tribes, or AME (Earth, Magic, Air, referencing 3 Tribes and punning on aim). Somber Kings, in reference to king Sombra, or Frozen North (even though it's a hot climate). The NC TPC (North Carolina Twenty Percent Cooler).

    *Reads title* *sees toy* What were they thinking? Not only does it barely look like Chryssi, it just looks weird in general. This idea had so much potential, but they somehow missed it by a long shot.

    Castastrophizing is a big one for me, though I like to think of it as "Murphy's Law" and "Better Safe Than Sorry". Also "Being Right". I like to think of myself as open-minded and strive to be so, but sometimes it's easy click into debate mode or continue to the bitter end for the fun of it, sadly that type of thing doesn't always pan out well on T3h Interwebz. Everybody has some distortion, and that's what makes things interesting. Like most things, problems arise from extremes. May we never live in a world with perfectly undistorted thinking.

    Even if we assume that the guy almost did hit her son, the original video plus the one of her side still paint her as all sorts of crazy. Nevermind the faint whiff of bullshit I'm getting from her in the second video, even if she does have a legitimate problem and isn't the least bit racist (which I doubt), she's obviously not all there and her kids would probably be better off elsewhere, preferably with a relative.

    I give up. Seriously, what is there to say? I like to think that racism has died down, but then people like this woman come along and dash that one hope. Good on that guy for staying calm and getting everything on tape, it is easy to get angry in a situation like that. As for the woman, I think racism is only one of her problems, she obviously has quite a bit of crazy on the side. I hate to say this, but a part of me can't help but think she was looking to start something, and he guy "scaring her children" was just a convenient excuse. I just don't understand it, how does skin colour affect anything? Racism just strikes me as idiotic. I've seen some crazy stuff, but this just takes it. Eliminating racist sentiments is pretty much impossible, but at the very least, why can't people just try not to be total @$$hats to each other? So much for civility...

    191. Using a sharpie, discreetly add subtle lines to random barcodes do that the items won't scan. Bonus points if you also cover one or two of the numbers on the code, as well as the price if it is visible.
