      Nope, unless you've been coughing it should just be some type of injury that should heal quickly since the skin inside your mouth heals quickly.

      Then you need to see a doctor, if you cough up blood it's coming somewhere from your tuberculosis or throat whatever it is your body is trying to get rid of it. So it might be some type of infection, I'm sure antibiotics will fix you up.
