At this point Grey didn't either, he just let it happen, but the stallion who hoofed out awards lightly taps on Lyra's shoulder to give it to her.

"No way!" He says excited, he pulls her in for a congratulations kiss, but after the kiss, he remember they are on live screen to anypony who had access to a monitor, he then blushes heavily at the thought of that many ponies watching him.

Grey ran from his cover back to Lyra's cover, Octavia trys to shoot him but everypony knows that it's impossible to hit somepony while they're running, Grey then slides next to Lyra, "Are you ready to umm... 'Kick flank'" he says as he tries to use slang to fit in a bit more.

Grey dives just barely over the laser and jumps over Vinyl's cover and shoots her from point blank range and rolls over to cover before Octavia had the chance to react.

*poker face* … I... better go warn a friend of mine... Would you mind if I REALLY liked Octavia... you know... like I wanted her to be my mare-friend?... *sheepish smile paired with squee*

Octavia jumps behind cover with Vinyl, "Vinyl, why did you force me into doing this competition?" She asks her.

They all stare at each other as if they where in an old western movie, or seems like minutes, even seconds as they wait for someone top shoot, then Octavia fires at Lyra, but Grey pushes her into cover and they both get behind cover unhit, and they sit behind cover as they hear Vinyl and Octavia helplessly try to hit them. "This is somewhat intense, yes?" Grey says

Grey fires at the prism that acts as a window to another part of the play area, he hit two teams, "teams four and seven eliminated, only two teams remaining." The computer announces. "I wonder who the last two are." He says.

"Lyra, I've an idea!" Grey says looking at a nearby prism.

"Really? You are very good!" He says as he fires at another stallion from team 9.

As Grey and Lyra ran through the area, they heard, "Teams five, three, and eight have been eliminated, seven teams remaining." "Lyra, you are extraordinary, do you play often?" Grey asks.

Spike, if you found out that a stallion was dating Rarity, how would you handle it?

"Yeah!" He says as he dives over the cover and fires at one of the two mares. He ducks in time to avoid being shot by the other.

"Alright, let's give our all!" Grey says happily.

"Yes, it's nice to spend time with you," he says wrapping his unarmed wing around her, "I was just thinking it'd be nice to be able to get the foals and their families the money." He says

Grey and Lyra both dash towards the right and slides to cover, "Alright, I've a way to find out if there's anypony around." He says, then realizes that he lacked the equipment, "oops, never mind."

"Alright this is so much fun!" He says with glee.

"Ten...nine...eight...seven...six...five...four...three...two" the countdown timer says. "Just wait until somepony comes past, them jump out, shot them, then we both go to the right." Grey says. "One, go!" It finishes, then you hear the ponies all gallop around, the play area is huge, about twelve square acres. One team finally runs past and Grey says, "alright, let's go!" He says as he jumps out and fires at the stallion who was too shocked to shoot and so was the mare next to him.

"Yes it will." He says before they go through the doors, once they go into the play area then they see cameras, "It seems we have an audience." He says, then he notices a hay bale, "come on, we should hide in this." He says.

"You're welcome, and thank you." Grey says as he and Lyra go into the waiting room, one they are inside a projector is projecting on a white screen, it has diagrams showing how to use the lasers. The first diagram has a picture of a unicorn, "In order for unicorns to use their laser, place a small ring on your horns, and a saddle gun on your back, you should then lightly charge your horn to send a signal to the saddle gun to fire." The second diagram has a pegasus, "Pegasi use a wing gun, it attaches to your right wing and you lightly flex your wing to fire." And lastly, the earth pony, though there were no earth ponies in the room, the projector was programmed to say it, "And lastly, the earth pony, earth ponies stand up on your two back hooves, and use your forehooves to press a button, you should hear a clicking sound that the laser has been fired." After playing these projections a few times it says the rules, "There will be no vulgar language in the past area. Please do not climb on the cover. Galloping is allowed, but please be careful. For unicorns, no using magic, unless you are firing your laser. And for pegasi, no flying, this is to keep things fair. And most importantly, have fun!"

"Yes, let's go." Grey says, then a unicorn mare stopped them, she had a white coat and navy blue puffy mane, her cutie mark is quill and checklist. "Hi! I'm Blue Checker, and just need you to write your name and give me your hoof prints here." She says levitating a clipboard with a paper, pencil, and a ink pad in front of them. Grey picks up the pencil with his mouth and writes his name, then presses his right forehoof onto the ink pad then places his hoof print onto the empty square next to his name.

"Thank you very much." He says, after Lyra puts hers on, "You look beautiful." Grey says.
