    I don't know anything about originality! I mean, hey, just look at my username! In all seriousness though, I believe originality is a good thing, but it's not necessarily bad to take inspiration. In my projects, I draw inspiration from Ashens, Todd in The Shadows, Nostalgia Critic, Angry Video Game Nerd, and even Yahtzee Croshaw. As long as you aren't blatantly copying their formula, it's alright.

    I recently posted in the "Scariest Game You Ever Played" thread and that washed all sorts of memories over me. As you can assume from this thread's title, I answered with "Phantasmagoria", a curious little gem of the late nineties. It was kind of like The Walking Dead RPG on PC in terms of mechanics and controls, but it was all live-action. The game had a very demonic undertone and I would sit on my father's lap and watch him play it when I was young, so maybe that's why I don't like horror games. Anyways, I was wondering if anyone else on the face of the planet ever played it. For all I know, it came from outer space and crashed into my backyard.

    Reading through some of your guy's comments, I remembered a curious little jewel from my youth. Has anyone here played Phantasmagoria on Windows 95? No? That doesn't surprise me. Thinking back, Amnesia is probably scarier, but I was introduced to Phantasmagoria at a very young age by watching my dad play it while I sat on his lap. It also didn't help that our computer was in the basement and he'd turn off all the lights while pointing out that the intro music is actually a Demonic chant used to allegedly summon Satan. Yeah, not the greatest game for a child.

    Great Scott, I'm here! I had an account on here a long time ago when the site was new, but have since lost the details. Anyways, I'm the world's largest Halo and Back To The Future fan (odd combination, I know). I also collect movie and video game props and I have an online review show, though I am still in post on my first video. Feel free to ask me anything! P.S. Do we have our own Minecraft server?
