      It's not easy but you have to imagine what you want to happen next, you have to think hard, and then you gotta find the right choices of words to use in continuing the flow of the story. And once you have that down, just type! Just type whatever comes to mind and save the editing for later.

       

      That usually works for me, but it can depend really.
