Now making decisions for other people, sometimes, depending on the person, you could say to them "well, imo, you should try this or that". Never tell them what to do or where to go as in "oh if you are good in Auto Mechanics, go to this school", b/c that's when they'll think somewhere along the line that......

the place you sent them too was wrong. That's when they'll say "oh, but he told me this" which they will make you look bad. Basically, what i am telling you is, the best way to avoid bad decisions, is to "analyze and observe". Just think of Sherlock Holmes and how he solved crimes. Before he could make a decision on who committed the crime, he "observed" the surrounding.

That's what you basically need......"Observe and Analyze before making a decision".
