    I'm watching ST:TOS episode "space seed". The introduction of Khan Singh...And I'm remembering the book "To reign in hell" a follow-up story to Wrath of Khan. And I find myself weeping for Khan because of the crap that happened after the Ceti Alpha 6 cataclysm.

      Even though he very nearly subjugated all of earth, He didn't deserve what happened to him while in exile.He lost his paradise, his people, his Love and ultimately, his mind... Khan's story is one of sorrow and suffering.

    This was a good, solid season opener. not over the top, but a gentle nudge into new territory. I think things will pick up as we go forward.

    I cared for eight, yes 8 horses.. for my in-law's carriage company, when I was younger. Much work and I got to enjoy their company. I do miss them so very much!

    Recently watched the "remastered" edit of the last roundup... Still pissed at Hasbro for bending to the will of over-opinionated, un-informed twits.

    Mlp helped me cope with the loss of my first son to diabetes. It's been a constant and unfailing anti-depressant for me over the years. and along with cognitive therapy, MLP and I will finally beat my depression into submission. Now if only I wasn't a shy a a certain yellow pegasus, I'd be making more friends.
