If I had a ticket for how many times I've broken the "no smoking within [x] feet of this entrance" law, I'd be in debt up to my eyeballs. And I'm an adult. The police have more important things to be worried about.

Pretty much. It was still demeaning. I'd never do anything wrong to someone else's property...

I was walking through the graveyard across my house, and some guy actually thought I was going to violate the grave sites. That's just disgusting...
