She's a cute little orange pony with a funny accent and a hat. Whats not to love? For some folks magic and flying don't make good traits for a character, especially if they are trying to relate to it. AJ has to do things the way we ourselves would do things. She's shows us how hard work is worth it, no matter how small the gains are. She loves her family (who are as cooky as her in alot of ways ). Also she's stubborn, its adorable watching her try and stay angry.

Discord also refers to himself as Lord/Master of Chaos, implying he is more thn just a mere spirit when manipulating the power of chaos. Until further back story of his origins is revealed or it is shown he is not the only one of his kind. He is for all intents and purposes a God. Perhaps a Demi-God at most. Also it took more than 5, it took the whole tribe to raise the sun. Celestia can do that alone. Shows just how far a league of its own alicorn magic is.

Shining Armour stays in the Crystal Empire. He's even been left in charge during Cadence's visit to Ponyville. While technically a Prince he still forfills his role of Knight-Captain, i believe his reasons for being in canterlot will probably be either as an Envoy of the Crystal Empire while checking up on the training of Canterlot's Royal Guard. I'd imagine Shining left another pony in charge and checks to see how they are doing the job.

Ponies have no religion because they do not need one. They're kind to one another. Have a stronger sense of community (they break into song at random for pete's sake ) They have plenty of food. No need to war over resources. They are blessed with a leader so long lived she can nip any problem listed above before they can take hold. Life in Equestria is good for ponies so any talk of 'heavens' and stuff is pointless. They're practically living in one. The closest you might find is the Royal Guard and there fierce devotion to the Princesses. They are probably the only ponies in Equestria who are expected to fight and die for them and probably hold them in a higher regard.

The ponies can be sexy if they are drawn sexy. It's just a quirk of the human brain (men given give vehicles girl names for example and they can be ugly looking things XD) In the show they are cute. The highest they could possibly go is beautiful. But thats about the limit.

The royal sisters are so long lived that to the ponies they are immortal for all intents and purposes, even if they biologically are not. Until we see one die they can be classed as 'biologically immortal' which is how certain creatures in real life are classed. Luna can even transform her body at will (and even regresses to her filly form if wounded in a pyshicial/emotional way in the comics) Also death may not even apply to Alicorns like it does to a normal pony, many fans actually believe Twilight died and was reborn as an alicorn. Given that Celestia can apparenty enter this place at will could imply that even if they die they might possibly reincarnate. This would even allow for the sisters to be born to regular ponies and crazier still, not be sisters by blood at all (dun dun dunnn....) Given their nature at magic, i believe they can surpress it. Luna can transform her own body completely so taking a form that uses lesser magic wouldn't be so difficult.

Now that we know that Alicorn's transfering their power is canon. It gives three possible ways of becoming an alicorn. A/ being born as one. B/ ascension. C/ transfer of alicorn magic another vessel. using these in combination could explain why alicorns age at different rates (or not at all).

Luna acts more like a person who has lived 1000 years than Celestia does. Also she has far more interesting powers than what we have seen and seems to have a more interest in the welling being of Ponies as from what we've seen Celestia do is sit on her plot, hold summits and eat cake. We haven't seen her resolve a single ponies problem and the one time she did she got her ass handed to her. GG Sunbutt. XD

Because if she did she'f be shooting lesser varients of the Hyper Lazer she shot at Tirek. The writers litterally have to play down the fact Twilight literally has more power than God in the MLPverse. Even the comics have her beating Chyrsallis One on One (both powered by the cheaty magic boost comet above them).

i'd call them other dimensions, simply because if they were anything less they'd be some serious canon destruction being rained upon by FiM on the previous generations (not that I mind FiM standing victorious over the smoldering corpse that was Gen3 lol)

(btw i'm pretty sure that white unicorn is actually Twilight Velvet, Twilight's mom. ) Also in Mac's comic the mane 6 are always caught mild conversation telling a story about something to some random pony but its never explained what. They are actually refering to episodes of the original MLP cartoon.

Adult Spike = Magic Breath Gargant Dragon. Toothless literally cannot harm a dragon that size that breathes magic flames that probably could burn other dragons even if fire resistant.

the "=" might also have been a filler on the animatic, the mark in the finished product might be different, but give the looks on the mane6, what ever it is the fact they all have the same mark truely distrubs them,
