I know nothing about sewing and stitching. My mom does pretty good patchwork for clothing though. She's got an antique sewing machine, it may have been my grandma's along time ago.

I think I have seven machines total, two of which are antiques. I don't use those, though. Understandably the newer machines are a lot simpler to use. I inherited most of them. >.>

That's awesome! To be humbly honest, watching my mother sew has always scared me.

Yeah, I would presume new machines would be simpler.
