Beer takes time to get used to. You have to try a lot of different kinds before it grows on you. Most booze is like that. Coffee too. Acquired tastes take time. Hell, in France, they mix wine into children's water to give them a taste of it when they're little, so they grow a taste for it. And I think the drinking age is something like 14.

I actually just read that until recently, Russia considered beer or anything under 10% a soft drink. XD
