  1. Well, I changed my avatar some time ago because Sunset Shimmer was easily my favorite part of Equestria Girls and afterwords was quite pleased when Rainbow Rocks helped make her more sympathetic as a character and added more depth to her.
  2. I was actually pleasantly surprised with how positive it was.
  3. It doesn't really bother me, in fact-I actually thought she had one of the better character designs. It's Celestia and Luna whose designs always felt off to me in the Equestria Girls universe.
  4. I'm not one-hundred percent honest, but I don't really consider myself a compulsive liar, either. Most of the time they are little white lies or half-truths.
  5. How did you get your Cutie Mark?
  6. This. The formation of freckles is triggered by exposure to sunlight, in contrast to Applejack and Big Mac who spend all day outside working the farm or running an apple stall, performing hard physical labor-usually under the glaring sun-Applebloom is usually at school, or the Cutie Mark Crusaders clubhouse, the only real time she seems to spend outside aside from recess, crusading, or hanging out with her siblings doesn't really seem to be enough time to trigger such a reaction. But, that's just my theory.
  7. -Ocarina of Time is my childhood and my strongest recommendation. -Majora's Mask is a bit darker, but I think should still be enjoyable. -Twilight Princess is also a game that I thought was pretty good.
  8. I never understood the autism assumptions for her or Pinkie. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder I can see, however. In Lesson Zero she was OBSESSED with getting her friendship report in on time to an unhealthy degree for both herself and everyone else around her, believing that if she didn't that Celestia would send her back to Magic Kindergarten. In Spike At Your Service, Spike wanted to tell Twilight about leaving to serve his life debt to Applejack, which she did not notice-nor did she ever apparently move from her book until Applejack knocked an inkwell out of place. Plus, she gets WAY too excited about re-shelving day.
  9. Is there a difference? I'm legitimately asking-I've never had a smoothie before.
  10. It's always been suspected, but the proof wasn't present until the livestream.
  11. Well, I personally didn't buy it-but, someone recently got me a shirt from Hot Topic with the Mane Five around Alicorn Twilight.
  12. If he's sincere, then great-more power to him. (Extremely unlikely, in my opinion) But, I've had enough life experience with 'friends' who would constantly screw me over, apologize, then go back to doing the same things-only being more careful not to get caught and I always fell for it-because I felt like I was the bad guy for calling them out on abusing our friendship and the cycle continued until I eventually got fed up. That is what this situation reminds me of and why I am so skeptical-it seems more likely to be an attempt to save some face and the followers he still has since this scandal broke out, in addition to potentially get back the more easily forgiving ones. More than anything, I'm surprised Hasbro's legal team hasn't taken any action against him, yet.
  13. It could be a fake like that Twilight/Blueblood baby that was used to troll the fandom sometime back, but on the other hand-last year there were a few leaked episodes, so neither would really surprise me.
  14. Personally, I never really paid too much attention to drawponies, until this scandal broke out. But, he and his PR team's reactions have been pretty shady-deleting threads from his Facebook group talking about the issue to silence dissent and acting like he took down his Patreon, only to rename it are all actions that are pretty damning in my eyes as those aren't actions I can see an innocent individual taking when accused of something like this. Even if it's true that he didn't trace everything, that doesn't magically absolve him of the things he is guilty of. Actually, he makes a full-time income selling all of these drawings.
  15. Every. Single. Day. I like the show, but enjoying it and being a part of the fandom unfortunately, seems to invite a lot of people to become vitriolic and even it seems like even if you don't fit into the negative preconceptions and stereotypes they have for the fandom-you're still guilty by association. That's why I'm constantly tempted to leave, but I can't bring myself to do it because there are a lot of parts of this fandom that I enjoy. It doesn't help when you're insecure about what others think of you.
  16. I would like to see more love for Gilda, Lightning Dust, Suri Polomare, and Shining Armor, but my biggest pick is definitely Princess Celestia. Cadance had two back-to-back two-parters with a Season finale and premiere respectively and "Three's A Crowd" with Discord and Twilight. Luna had "Luna Eclipsed", then the CMC episodes she shared with "Sleepless in Ponyville", "For Whom the Sweetie Belle Toils", and now "Bloom and Gloom". In FIVE SEASONS and approaching one-hundred episodes, there has not been a single episode that really focused on her all that much. And a majority of the hate stems from the show and comics themselves; Then, there's the Trollestia thing because of a stupid prank she pulled one time to try and get everyone around her to lighten up a bit. The Tyrantlestia belief because she had no choice, but to banish Nightmare Moon-something that clearly tore her up to do, if you pay attention to their reunion and the beginning of the series and the fact that she was crying when she had to use the Elements of Harmony against her own sister. Then of course, there's her being selfish, incompetent, and hypocritical in an arc of one of the comics-making the same stupid and selfish decisions she claimed to have matured out of-which hasn't done her any favors to help make her more endearing to her haters.
  17. Going through some stuff right now, so...not too good.
  18. During the hiatus my interest began to wane greatly-I'm not even sure if I'll watch Season 5 when it comes around to airing, it just feels different than it used to with the more losses the characters are going through and the increasing number sub-par comics. So, now I'm a part of the fandom, but I quit the comics in the summer of last year and am not really looking forward to new episodes, anymore.
  19. Wondering when and if the Xenoverse servers will ever be fully functional and am anxiously awaiting the next episode of the Server Saga.
  20. Oh boy, that's a tough one... I don't think I can settle on one, so I'll just list my top picks; Dragons, Phoenixes, Cerberus, Pegasus, and Sirens.
  21. Read It and Weep starts off with the most cliche' Rainbow Dash fan-fiction premise.
  22. I feel like I haven't been contributing too much lately, so here's a few of my terrible Shining Armor drawings; Shining Armor and Cadance; And something I found a while back that I thought was pretty cool by newyorkx3 on deviantART;
  23. Probably Sloth-I think I'm far too lazy for my own good.
  24. Yes, I hate it with a passion-my family's gotten into a few car accidents this past year thanks to all the ice and snow.
  25. The dialogue/subtitles not matching up bugs me a bit, too-but, ultimately that's just a nitpick of mine. The randomness of whatever characters appear gets kind of annoying if you're looking for a specific master to train you or you just want to go back to improve your grade on one of your lessons. Some of the Parallel Quests are just obnoxious with their difficulty I'm also anxious for the servers to be strengthened so I can play with my best friend online-I just got him the game as a late birthday present.
