      You are thinking and letting shyness and scaring conquer you. Its not that weird, as stepping to the womens clothes shop and buy something that you would wear yourself. Just think something that makes you happy and/or keeps your shyness away or hold something that makes you feel calm... Or listen music the sametime or moment before doing the thing?
