Polsky & Powell wrote the episodes that provide 95% of the ammo used when people say "Oh, Rarity is a bitch because in this episode..."

He's a step up from Powell, at least, who wrote the Spike At Your Service. It originally was going to be Rarity, be they replaced her with AJ because Powell made her look too cruel.

Seriously, I want Charlotte Fullerton or McCarthy, not one of those two jokes.
