You should do what I did when I got fired from a job (the only time I ever got fired). Go to the boss' house to try to convince him to change his mind and then end up sleeping with his daughter a few times instead. (I got the job back, surprisingly!)

@ghost: If that's the reason they used, you may have a shot at a successful lawsuit. They can't use your physical disability against you, as per the Americans with Disabilities Act.
