    I personally dislike the official Skype group because it moves too quickly. If I ignore it for several days, my Skye has trouble loading it if I happen to click on it again. I've seen a couple of other people (I don't remember who) mention their dislike of it as well.

    Is that show already that old? Now you're making me feel old. x3 As for me, I pretty much grew up on Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog reruns and Dragon Ball Z in my early childhood, and Spongebob and The Fairly Oddparents in my early teenage years.

    I saw it as slice-of-life / adventure / let's see what happens. I'm fine with anything, as long as it doesn't turn into straight-grimdark or straight-romance (though I am fine with either if they don't become the premise of the rp) As for Jade's abilities: he's never been trained to fight, but his special talent is in exotic and foreign magic (with his primary discipline being dragon fire (which is, like, totally better than regular fire, doodz)), as well as a strong knowledge of regular boring Unicorn magic. So, basically, he's not a fighting pony, but is certainly capable of defending himself. I'd say he's probably the strongest offensively, as you said.

      Bad in general, based on poker videogames I've played. I haven't played in-person poker with other people yet.

      No videogame could simulate how you would fare in front of other people. Knowing the odds helps a bit, but reading people, and knowing their betting patterns helps even more. It's hard to read a CPU's poker face, humans are much easier bait.

    I don't think the change is going to be as massive as people have apparently convinced themselves is going to be. Twilight isn't going to leave her friends, and I don't think the rest of them will become alicorns as well. If anything, it'll add a new dynamic to what already exists instead of comepletely changing the status quo, and that's considering the alicornification is permenent. If anything, she stays in ponyville, but now has to handle princess and/or alicorny issues in addition to whatever issue of the episode, and still learns a friendship lesson in the end.
