I adore sushi! I used to have some nearly every day after work when I was working in a grocery store that had a store corner for it & that was an absolute stress relief! I'd compare it to a pack of cigarettes if it weren't for the fact that I haven't the slightest notion of what smoking is!

You ever try eel? Totally the best imho! Salmon always didn't sit well with me, not the right type of meatiness and Tuna tends to be a bit too fatty tasting. Though, now that I think of it, sushi-tuna doesn't seem anywheres near as salty as canned tuna.

Ooh! Wouldya try Fugu? That is, blowfish? I totally would! I'd never make my own sushi (which is a dang shame, i'm in a landlocked state now so I haven't had any in ages!) since I suspect they do something special like vinegar or something to make it a little bit more elaborate than just eating raw fish.

Heehee, that's what I do! Get off work, go grab sushi across the street.

I HAVEN'T tried eel yet, but I'd like too. There's actually a sushi restaurant like three minutes from my house, and I know they've got some. And sure I might try it!

Guess you don't know the infamy of pufferfish? I hear its quite expensive... primarily because if its not cut & served just so, the cook can puncture the venom sac & inflict a horrible, paralytic death. Maybe that means its not for sale here in America....  rofl
