Heehee, man my cousins are so cute. Yesterday I spent a lot of time with my little cousin Owen.

He’s eight years old and brought his pet praying mantis (named Skywalker) over for Thanksgiving. I won a LOT of points with Owen for liking and wanting to hold his mantis. XD

Here’s an exchange between me and Owen from yesterday...

Owen: *comes up to me* Are we friends?

ShadO: Are we-? Well sure hon, we’re friends. I mean, we’re related too.

Owen: We are?

ShadO: Yeah, I’m your cousin.

Owen: You ARE?

ShadO: Yeah, your mom is my first cousin. Which makes me your cousin too.

Owen: *mind blown*
