    Okay, not quite a week, but I'm back! Not much going on for me.

    It's getting better now, but I jacked up my foot BAD, so I had to spend most of my week off my feet.

      Hopefully that helps. I rolled my ankle Tuesday while going for a run, but luckily it's healed quickly and wasn't as bad as I thought I'd be. I'm going to try tomorrow morning before church, so wish me luck that I don't make it worse.
