I have Movie Maker, and I honestly think it could work, but I don't know how to get the pieces together. Like ripping the sound files out of the original video and then putting the storyboard drawings over it to the time of the audio.
That program is so primitive to me, that I don't even bother. Sorry friend, I guess you'll have to get someone else's help for that one. Maybe look up a tutorial on YouTube.
