“I have heard there are troubles of more than one kind,
Some come from ahead and some come from behind.
But I’ve bought a big bat, I’m all ready you see
Now my troubles are going to have troubles with me.”- Dr. Seuss
If anyone thinks they’re going to drive out the love and friendship of this place, they’ll have to go through me first.
So you can take your precious crusade and shove it. You’ve done nothing good here. You are the end result of “he who fights monsters”, and you ought to be ashamed. And if you’re not, you better grow a sense of self-awareness.

Sounds good and rather educational. A bestiary of sorts, if I understood the idea right.
The only fear I have is numbskulls bashing at it for "cultural apropiation". But then again, no book is free from critique and words were made to be used.
All in all, sounds like a nice idea and I'm sure more than one kid could get interested in mythological creatures presented as if they were actual exotic animals. Is like that scp thing but for a general public!

I’m glad you like the idea.
Yeah exactly. What is with that anyway? I mean I get cultural appropriation issues when it’s things like, “Don’t wear a bindi if you’re not a Hindu” or something like that.
But it’s like some people want to wall themselves and “their” culture away so much to the point that they’re approaching segregation. Segregation is a BAD thing! People fought to end it!
”No! Don’t touch this thing! It’s MY thing! Don’t look at it, don’t even try to learn about it!”
We’re all human beings. Prejudice won’t end until we stop “othering” ourselves and the people around us.
