    I think those are promo animations. If the show is in 3D, then it’s highly unlikely it’ll look like the movie. 3D animated shows, especially ones connected to 3D animated movies, tend to be notorious for serious downgrades in quality. Which is why I’m still kind of hoping for 2D. Easier to hide budget limitations. Might just be wishful thinking though.

    The other generations are different universes. Only G4 and G5 are directly connected.

    It was started in Oct 2011. So it would be 1 year old in Oct 2012. And so on. It’s like my birthday. I was born in 1990, but it was December. So even though I will be 31 in December, I spend most of 2021 at 30.

    Oh she is definitely different, but you can’t deny she has obvious similarities. Her ditziness (wondering if they were playing a game as they shrieked in terror), her lack of focus (chasing the butterfly), her randomness, her lack of reading the room, her Pepe le Pew hopping around like Pinkie, her random rapping, and yes, her in ability to pull things off that should be impossible (woodpecker-ing a tree in seconds and crafting a duplicate crown out of random craft materials).

    I doubt it. Sunny is probably crazy excited. But I don’t think she appreciate it if people started treating her differently. And no, Earth Pony to Alicorn isn’t the biggest shift. Alicorns have the traits of all the races. If you were a unicorn, you get flight and super strength. If you were a Pegasus, you get super strength and magic. Sunny gets flight and magic. It would be drastic for anyone.

    It’s very unlikely that it’s an error or mistake. It was a consistent through the whole movie. And movies like this take years to make and have to be approved by Hasbro. They made a conscious decision to put the marks only on their right flanks. Doesn’t mean I like it, but I definitely think they did it on purpose.

    Probably not. But I only gave Gen 4 a chance though because I heard OF bronies and found out Faust was involved. So the circumstances would have been different.

    They usually only add cutie marks on one side of the toys, so that might have been intentional so they match, but uuuuuuugh, it drives my symmetry addiction up the wall!! But I have NO EXCUSE for having cutie marks without magic. Maybe they actually had their magic still inside them, but it couldn't be used while the tribes were separated. But that wasn't the case the LAST time that happened. The first time the ponies were segregated, they all still had their abilities.

    Got Sunny! Not sure it’s completely accurate, but I do want to make the world better and I do stand up for my convictions. Now having the coordination for roller skating? LOL NO! XD

    I found Hitch pretty understandable actually. He’s a realist and he respects authority. He is shown to agree that all the ponies living in Harmony is a lovely thought, and hesitates to take that from Sunny. Especially since it was from her dad. But he was taught different from teachers in his school. He became a sheriff to help others, and he sincerely believes that if Sunny’s happy “fantasies” are wrong, then the result could be the injury or death of someone innocent. And he doesn’t want to take that risk. He likes Sunny, but he can’t be biased in her favor towards her from his position of power. Up till now she was just disruptive and isolated. But she released and is harboring a “dangerous unicorn”, and he feels he can’t just let her do what she wants anymore.

    They’ll probably go back home and the races will bring back the mass transit.

    Nothing in depth yet, but I get the feeling that something happened to Twilight. She was the glue that held all the tribes and races together. I’m guessing that she died or was otherwise indisposed, and the individuals that she left behind tried to keep her teachings going. But that could only last so long. Eventually everyone that new her and the Magic of Friendship would be gone, and presumably some kind of cross tribe tension broke the ponies up again.

    The Greek of the first one is completely wrong. In “misanthrope” the “mis” is the part that indicates hatred. “Anthro” means human. So a hater of humanity. And @Syeekoh is right about “hippo” meaning horse.

    Well it’s not fair to say you failed because something you didn’t want happened after you died (?). Twilight might not be dead, but if she is gone, then the people that came after her are responsible for what happens next. Twilight had a lot of friends and students, and even if she disappeared, they would have carried on for a while after her. But time erodes all things, and those students would eventually pass on too. Some generation dropped the ball, but it probably wasn’t Twilight.

    Sprout’s not really evil. He’s just an idiot thrust into a position of power. And the general pony populace are a bunch of sheep as usual.

    She’s people’s least favorite? That’s weird. She not my top favorite character, but she’s definitely my favorite design. I totally appreciate her. I like that she very grounded (for a pegasus, lol). I thought she was going to be a lot more like Rainbow Dash, but she’s actually very chill and mature.

    Saw the movie. Still like Sunny. Though she’s not OVERWHELMINGLY ahead of any of the other characters. If I had to rank right now, probably… Sunny Izzy Zipp Hitch/Pipp
