    Personally my only problem with their retirement was their apparent relinquishing of their Sun and Moon duties. That’s their CUTIE MARKS. Pretty sure you don’t retire from your life’s passion. They don’t have to be rulers anymore, but they can still do their sun and moon thing. It took them like two seconds to do everyday. I’m just gonna pretend they got THAT back from Twilight later after a break.

    We already know that mixbreeding happens, but that doesn’t affect what the baby is. Scootaloo has wings and no horn, there for she is a pegasus, flight or no flight. Also does disabilities prove mixbreeding? Real world disabilities don’t happen because of that.

    She’s not an Earth pony at all. Fan artists like to have ponies with mixed race traits based on their parents, but that’s all headcanon. In the show you’re a full member of the earth, unicorn, or pegasi ponies no matter who your parents are.

    Parentage doesn’t really have anything to do with it. Mr and Mrs Cake are Earth ponies, but their children are a pegasus and unicorn that fly and use magic fine.

    Ah that’s true. I still think that the creators were deliberately trying to invoke that she can’t fly with the stunted wings, but they kind of shot themselves in the foot with the existence of Bulk. XD

    I doubt she cares much about Scootaloo’s disability. She just looks down on the “proletariat” in general. Her current attitude is, “If you can’t advance my standing in SOME way, then it’s a waste of time dealing with you.” My headcanon is that she was raised in Canterlot. And since Canterlot is almost exclusively unicorns, she probably had to deal with teasing about being an Earth pony.

    I go as far as to say this is confirmed. They didn’t verbally point it out, but… Scootaloo’s adult design has child sized wings.

    There will always be something in what you create, even completely innocuous things, that won’t sit well with SOMEONE out there. In the end it’s best to just make what you want to make. If you want to create a prehistoric equine character, no one is going to stop you, and I honestly can’t think of a reason they would want to. Their taste or interests don’t have the final say. And you have to right to express your own creative ideas. EDIT: Unless you’re referring to the RP section here. They MIGHT have some rules there.

    I’ve seen people just straight up ignore that. Like they’ve heard of the Cadence origin, they just don’t care because “only unicorns become alicorns”. Ha! True.

    YEAH EARTH PONIES BECOME ALICORNS! Suck it, weird part of the fandom! Don’t worry, I’m actually not THAT heated. But there’s a weird subset of the fandom that just INSISTS that only unicorns can ascend. Always been a pet peeve of mine. I’m not even sure I’ll watch the show, but if this actually happens and it messes with the un-ironic “unicorn supremacy” people, I’m all for it. XD

I usually only draw living creatures. Aw, thank you so much! I’m so glad you like it! Haha! Thank you very much. ShadOTeen was very proud of the original. XD

    Thank you! Freehand. I double checked some official art of Rouge to make sure I was drawing her correctly (I think it’s been more than a decade since I drew her), but her pose and everything else is from my brain. Oh, though I also checked out some references for the pearls. I wanted to color them accurately. Thanks hon! So glad you enjoy it! She sure does! Glad you like it!
