I understand your point. However, I don't see how it is the show is "trying to get you to be okay with it". But then again, i've missed some of the newer eps.

Yeah I don't need to finish that, but the point is, I feel put off by this, even tho it's such a minor part of the show. I can't support it, and if the show wants me to, I just don't think I can continue watching.

Well it's because it exists and it's nobody in the show displays any issue with it. Rarity (element of generosity, might I add), in Sweet and Elite (the episode where the upper class was made canon), wanted to be a part of them.
