  1. tbh looking back I dont think mine were good things in the long run x.x - First one I was with for 7 years, somewhat toxic I guess. we were surrounded by the horrible people/bullies of the local furry communities and just became horrible people. His old school friends hated me and were proper bullies, plus he used to talk about me behind my back a lot but i just shrugged it all off until I just lost interest. My family wernet keen on him and he pretty much manipulated me and was unfair in places. Like I wasnt allowed to buy a comic but it was fine for him to blow money on airsoft kit or stupid things for his car. Felt rather trapped by the end. - the next one was more of a fling because i was miserbale with Boyfriend #1 at the time and we were on a break for a while. He was miserbale with his own life/relationship and so we just hung out a hell of a lot. Felt like he was the only person who actually understood me, shared interests etc. Very complex situation and hes quite the womaniser so I pushed him away. - next came a regret. I was with him for 2-3 years and I guess it felt more like an escape from Boyfriend #1. Hes gentlemanly and all but my god the temper and the reactions when things go wrong and the gaming..... we're both gamers and we had 2 sets of friends to talk to on voice calls, but he proper shouts when gaming so I had to keep muting myself so i couldnt talk to my friends so much or one of us had to leave the room. In the end, we were stuck in one room, treading on eachothers feet and just getting up in our faces. I didnt have a job so i was just stuck far away from my home. So the tension got too much and I ended it. its been like 10 years since i started off in the relationship game and I am now finally happy and somewhat settled with Denz.
  2. well im more of a tomboy sounding voice anyway so I can just about do AJ, Dashie, Scoots, Vinyl Scratch (Nowacking voice). Im willing to give other voices a go too. Still unsure on my potential ^^;
  3. Yeah what voices are you after? Id love to join.
  4. want/need to get back into singing covers or collabs. Not done so for months now and its made me quite sad. I also should get back into it because singing is rather good exercise and ive gotten fat again =/ so anyone looking for a female voice at all? even if its for fun EDM tracks/remixes.

      good good, maybe soon i have something for you ;)

  5. im a Brit and I choose to not drink tea. I just really dont like hot drinks in general. recently though Ive been somewhat addicted to iced coffee drinks. =3
  6. noice! lucky guy! ours is a 74 as well. Signal Red, Dads rebuilt it 3 times since getting it in the 80s. Ive not driven it myself ...yet. Not allowed to drive it lol plus my thick thighs dont quite fit very well, theyre certainly built for skinny people ^^;
  7. can I just say that I find it super weird that manual is alien to a lot of you. I cant stand driving automatic. the gear stick doesnt go were I want it to!! where did 4th and 5th gear go???? WTF WHERES THE CLUTCH?!?! The standard over here in the UK is manual. everyone knows how to drive a manual car. Its forced on you in driving lessons. its just a very good thing to know how to do since its just easier and cheaper to buy older cars or if you want a classic car youre not gonna find an automatic one!
  8. tbh there wasnt one when i joined up. Bronies was a very new term. I started watching the show 2010/11 whenever Bridle Gossip originally aired. So bronies didnt become a mainstream thing until much later into S2. Ive just kinda morphed with the fandom and just gone along for the ride or added to the ride. TBH 2014 was when the fandom really piqued. That has been the best year for bronies so far. The people were great fun and nice and the early cons were a blast! I do miss those days. Everythings kinda calmed down much more now.
  9. technology. and I hate it. I looooove classic cars. Utterly love them and would love some kind of Triumph one day - my parents have a TR6 and had a TR2, so i grew up with them. What I love about having older cars is that when something goes wrong, its normally a very very easy fix and that you can do it yourself (with aid of the Haynes manual) or local garage can do it. My Dad tells me stories of TR convoy days where all you needed was a spanner or wrench and the car would last the rest of the trip. and several more stories on bodging together random materials to hold something or act as a patch. You would not be able to get away with some of those fixes today lol. Im really really against the amount of computerware being put in modern cars too. A simple fix is no longer a simple fix, its a full fiasco that requires an IT technician to do it or some similar BS. So youre constantly fearing a breakdown as you cant do anything to fix it. Not to mention its killing generations of basic common sense and knowledge; people dont even know how to change a tyre or fluids when doing a long trip, or cant because the software wont let them; people are getting more and more lazy when it comes to driving because the car does it for them, again losing common sense and becoming entitled. My brother is learning to drive right now and told me that his instructor (who taught me as well 6 years ago) has started asking students how to use a sat nav............. WTF I know that rant is more driving based than car based, but seriously it just reflects the modern day life of both person and car. Im old fashioned, I like to be 100% in control of my driving and I like to know what is up with my car when it starts acting up. edit: I drive a 2001 Toyota Yaris (1.3) and LOVE that car as its just at the borderline of fun ol junker and digital age. Heck theres still a tape deck in it, but a digital dash.
  10. The death of Princess Diana. I was 6 when it happened, but its one of those historical events where I remember exactly where I was and what I was doing at the time. I walked into the kitchen getting ready for school and my parents were glued to the tiny little box TV on the counter, told us to shush and then explained what had happened and why it was such a big thing. I remember the images of the flower tributes at Buckingham Palace too and Elton John singing Candle in the Wind. All the while, I still didnt know what was going on other than to be sad about it. But even then I didnt start avidly looking up the news until I was well into my teens. The next event I remember was seeing the Queen Mother's death and then after that it was 9/11. even though im British, the day that happened, it was really quite terrifying. And I was 10 at the time. The image thats still locked in my memory banks was the drainage inspection service video that witnessed the first plane.
  11. Trades are now closed for now. I may be back with some more in a months time. Also sorry about the quality on these scans x,x my scanner is playing up again. Should really get a new one x.x @Annabelle McAllister @Ezerona
  12. Dont mind. Theres a list in the OP so just choose one :3
  13. heads up @Annabelle McAllister and @Ezerona i have drawn up pieces for you, I just need to scan them in when I get home.
  14. im gonna defend PC again here. so you save up to buy/build a gaming rig, in the end it works out slightly better to grab games on steam sales as you go rather than pay £/$50 a game each time its re-released. seriously its a lot of money to buy the same game or re-skined/re-vamped game again. also someone explain to me how controllers got so expensive?! Was looking at getting some more for when i have friends over, but geeeeez. Joy cons are like £40 one each or £70+ for a complete pair! and then £45 for a player 2 controller for PS4. when did that happen?!
  15. Once again... already have these games on other platforms.... mainly the PC. So i dont really see the point in buying these games again
  16. i like you =3 this is exactly where i feel I am with current games. Nintendo and Pokemon are certainly more geared to kids. As can certainly be seen with Pokemon Sun and Moon (uuugh). Theyre very very hand holding compared to previous games. They seem to want to bring more kids into gaming, but personally, kids are "broken" sterotypes now. They dont really want happy colourful games, 90% of the kids ive spoken to at cons (selling my game themed artwork) have all gone nuts for the dark lore stuff and FPS games. Five Nights at Freddys for one. But you're right with that Nintendo dont seem to aknowledge that the main market they had from the 80s/90s/early00s are now grown up and probably more likely still playing the old classics because theyre nostalgic and also still challenging!!! Games today are far too easy compared. What I am happy to see in the gaming market, even though I hate reboots, platforming has made a comeback and we're at a retro resurgance of nostalgia with Crash and Spyro coming back. Yes Nintendo have been doing this for years by keeping their main mascots alive, but tbh theyre so in your face that you get somewhat bored with them..... like Star Wars and Doctor Who (put them back to sleep for another 10-20 years please). Ok so Spyro has been in Skylanders, but eeew that was not the Spyro we all remember.
  17. For the record i said we OWN a switch but its my partners really. I just really cant find a reason to like it.
  18. Thanks guys. Bear with me as i catch up.
  19. I just really dont like the focus on motion controlls and using wand like controllers. I like just having the one basic controller. No gadgets to it. Just let me sit there and play the games. My major dissapointment with nintendos games is that its the same thing over again. Ie mario party games in particular. Personally i feel the strongest games stopped at the Gamecube. They have very few atual new game concepts today.
  20. It was like £120-170 for the pair. The maker is catyblackcat on DA
  21. Good point. Not a fan of bases. I would prefer actual drawings
  22. Anyone else feel kinda done with Nintendo these days? Like most of us, i grew up with the consoles (N64, GC, GBC) and utterly love them and the games to death, but recently Im finding it so difficult to be hyped by new games and products by them. I think its because Nintendo drive more to their gimicks than good timeless games now. The only exceptions being Breath of the Wild and Mario Odyssey. I never liked the Wii when it came out because it was gimmicky. I loved the WiiU because it brought the gaming back (for its short life) but the gimmick was now in the game pad more than waving controllers around. Then the switch came out and I just hate this console as its gone gimicks again. I am really not a fan of the whole remaster/remake/reboot thing that game devs have been doing. I find Nintendo doing it almost wrong.... the WiiU wasnt that long ago and already we have remakes on the switch? Im just not feeling anything towards their console games in general. (Like I said earlier, Zelda and Mario are great games, but thats only 2 games in total). Now I love the handheld consoles theyve done. Hate the decisons they made towards the (3)DS though. like 3D gaming was rubbish, but the console was great. Then wtf were they thinking with the original 2DS design! They took away the best feature of the 3DS which was the flip screen (idiots) plus the 2DS looked ugly and then only in the last year they suddenly go "oooh lets just take the 3D away since it wasnt that popular". I wouldve bought a flipping new 2DS if they released it earlier or as the original 2DS..... ugh. Gamewise I still feel like they massivly missed out on a launch title for the 3DS and the WiiU. They shouldve done a new version of Pokemon Snap. The technology wouldve been perfect for that. Also on the note of Pokemon - they also seem to be losing their focus. Its not on the pokemon anymore, Sun and Moon have become obsessed with these flipping Ultra Beasts - thats another rant for later. But its now become another franchise of games that I idolised and treasured thats just disappointed me greatly. Am I just stuck on nostlagia again? So yeah theres my rant, does anyone else fele the same towards Nintendo now? Ive certainly moved on to being a PC gamer (love it) and we recently got a PS4, which is a far superior console and great exclusive games..... which has just left Nintendo in the dirt compared. Sony have gotten the forumla right. They focused on good exclusive games and the gimicks are as an option as a whole seperate thing. Not forced into their games.
  23. im a little fussy with trying a new anime. I really love proper slice of life set ones or slice of life that turns into fantasy somehow. I know the sci fi ones can be really good too but its not something im ever drawn to unless i know theres a lot of buzz behind it. I dont go looking for horror ones either. if it happens then it happens lol. How i get watching anime is from hearing it through my friends, at least with the full length movie ones. (Your name, A silent Voice). But serieswise we're back tracking and watching some of the older big named ones as I missed them when I was a teen. So right now we're getting through FMA. Before that it was Cowboy Bebop (why did i ever miss out on this to begin with, I dont know). The new netflix ones are intriging. I have to read the bio and watch the trailer before deciding to try it out. So far The Seven Deadly Sins has been the best Netflix based one. Oh we also go to our local DVD shop and look out for ridiculus sounding anime. Which is how we came across Panty & Stocking (freaking hilarious).
  24. Series-wise The Seven Deadly Sins and just finished Ace Attorney Feature length: A Silent Voice. bloody powerful film....
