      I can match that... I get an average of about 128 kbps for download speeds. :P

      Well, you see... We used to have a really generous ISP... And we previously received about 28-30 Mbps... But now we have pretty much succumbed to having to use a...... "tolerable" temporary replacement... They promised us 12 Mpbs... We pay $70 a month for 3 Mbps... and we get almost half a Meg... In short... We got Ripped off... But we kinda just have to deal for the time being... It's complicated... It ties in mainly with my dad being out of commission and all...
