    So, a lot of the criticisms against Leap of Faith have to do with it being "predictable." To that I say: point me towards one episode of MLP that isn't predictable in some way.

      I never mind predictability(MtBPW is one of the show's most predictable episodes, yet it's still one of my favs.), my main issue though is that it was pretty boring

      @Geek0zoid: "It's a cartoon" is a very haphazard excuse. If you write a plot with a trope, twist it up and make it refreshing. There's more to writing than following it down to the letter.

      @DQ: I didn't find any of those to be any less predictable. I figured Rainbow Dash would tell off Spitfire and then she'd reconsider. And it was pretty clear that the other ponies had something in store for Pinkie Pie, the only surprising thing being Pinkie's meltdown.

       

      But whatever. It's entirely subjective. What might be easily predicted to someone may not be to another. I find the majority of MLP's plots to be based off of common cartoon scenarios. Some of the...
