So, RR is going to have its own spin-off series? Huh. Well, that can only mean that MLP off-seasons are only going to get more stretched out XD

That's what I keep hearing anyway. It does make sense given the way RR ended. Equestria Girls has been a big success, so it only seems logical to more with it. I'm excited to see the girls in more earthly day-to-day situations, so I think the series will be a lot of fun. I do hope it doesn't effect FiM in any negative way though.
