      Quite, especially considering there's the potential of Derpy being featured in an episode (the creators have talked about how they're going to feature background ponies this season, so fingers crossed!).

If you're tired of rewatching episodes to get into ponies, you could always check out some of the fics we've got in the Poniverse fanfic group on Fimfiction. The contest folders in particular have some great entries!
