  1. Quite the savvy...*puts on sunglasses* Biznis-man, aren't you?
  2. As opposed to the rest of us, who are mostly half-breeds. I apologize if this seems a little odd, but do you have a British accent? In my humble opinion, the British accent is one of the sexiest.
  3. Cool! Hi, Rarity!! Nice pic there.
  4. YOU SAY YOU WANT ACTIVITY??? Eeyup. Here's some fanart for all you AJ-lovin' ponies.
  5. Just chased down a guinea fowl that had flown over our fence with my sister and dog...that was the most fun I've had in a long time. :P

  6. Guess what, guys?? I just learned that I got the Marriott Scholarship for my choice university!!! :D (Which means that my college tuition will be fully paid, and I'm only $1,500 away from getting room and board taken care of!) :D (And it's also only awarded to about 5% of the student body, so...#humblebrag) XD Thanks to all of you guys who have helped me with assignments, and just generally by being great friends. <3 Love y'all like mah bros and sistahs...

:D Thanks, guys. @Evilshy Yup, Southern Virginia University, in the Alexandria, VA area. Not the most prestigious university, but I'm mostly going there because I grew up in that area, and it's like going back to my roots. :) Also, it's s small place, and I like small--more one-on-one time with the professor. @Wayzer Thanks, man. :hugs:

Sounds pretty awesome. Good luck to you :)

  7. Nuu! No sads! *hugs* I chase them away with hugs. I think that there will always be people who only like the "perfect" members of the Mane Six, but that there will also be those--like most of us here --who will stick with our favs no matter what light they are portrayed in, because we know better. It's not exactly unfair; there are plenty of people who would do that. But that's not important. We love Rarity because of who we know she is, not because of how this or that episode shows her. Whatever the flak any of us may receive later for liking Rarity, I hope we all stay her supporters and fans.
  8. @@Cstriker Whoa...just whoa. That is probably the coolest, sexiest, most epic piece of Rarity fan art I've ever seen. Needless to say, that picture is now taking up a few hundred bytes of my Dropbox folder.
  9. Just ate some beef and rice casserole...delicious.

  10. Woooo!!! Brits are freaking cool, man! I mean, for crying out loud, it seems that nearly every good looking and talented celebrity comes from those crazy isles up dere--Emma Watson, anyone? She gots the hots, man. And of course, that's not even taking into account that the UK gave us who were probably the best pop-type musicians to ever live, the Beatles. Oh, I gotcha. Well, it'd be worth a shot if you can prove it.
  11. Well, I'm glad to hear that you feel that way about racism. It truly is a terrible thing to indiscriminately hate--or even just feel prejudiced towards--any one person simply because their skin is one color or the other.
  12. G'morning, ghostie!! (And the rest of you peeps.)
  13. That picture--sav'd. Oh, good! I've been meaning to learn German for years now. Just haven't gotten around to it yet. German sounds soooo cool, though! I have got to learn it soon. Maybe after I finish up Italian and Japanese...probably should finish those two first. Very interesting combination....I don't think I've seen that before. *looks you over with a magnifying glass* You are quite an interesting specimen...hmm... So, your mom's family is quite racist, you say, and it sounds like your dad's side has a bit of that streak as well. Where do you fall, if you don't mind me asking? Of course, if you don't want to answer, that's perfectly fine. No pressure. O_O Dat's kewl. Thanks for telling me! I will keep it secret (and keep it safe). Name that reference!
  14. Yay! *slurps milkshake* Wow, this thread grows like a pack of bunnies...took me, like, half an hour just to go through all the new posts. Certainly a testament to the Rares love.
  15. Gotcha. German is not an easy language. At least, I don't think it is. I haven't actually learned any yet. Very interesting. Mmmm...deli sandwiches....*shakes head* uh, sorry. Zoned out there for a second. Wow, your gramps got called up by the Levitts? And he turned them down?? Well then. I see. Well, I applaud your family for getting out of the mess while they could. And thank you for indulging my curiosity--I can tell you feel somewhat strongly about this issue. Remind me to never tick you off. And to never hug you without putting on sixteen winter coats first. In all seriousness, that's a pretty neat legacy! Well, not exactly a legacy you should follow, but it's still pretty cool. (Yay, another important person posted on my thing!) Wow, you've got me sold. Sounds like heaven to me. I freaking love mountains. (Yes, bolded, underlined, and italicized.) I totally agree with you on trains--it's a shame that our only trains are in theme parks, underground, or for just transporting goods. Oh, neat! How much Native American, do you think? 'Cause if you're still in school like me, you can get some pretty nice scholarships if you can prove it and have enough to be considered truly Native American. Whoa...you could totally be an epic ninjy dude!! Wow, that is really neat!! Congratulations on finding so much history about your family line, !! Noice! Yup--because dem logicks says iz truth. That's an interesting combination that I don't think I've seen before.
  16. NUU!!!! You broke the door?? MAH LIFE ISH RUIIIINNNEDD!!
  17. I need this car. Omigosh, I need this car. Get back here, Lightwing!!!
  18. Hmm...I wouldn't mind thinking about this. I already have a similar idea lined up, and it could certainly go to interesting places. You've got my gears turning, Noire. Heh, you said Applejack butt. Yes! Yes, yes, yes!! I absolutely love her hair and outfit in that part!! Yay! So, I'm going to bring this up again for a second--what do y'all think is the best way to write a Rarijack? Because I'm in the process of planning out a few fics involving the Mane Six as they appear in an alternate universe after going missing for a while, and because I wanted to, I'm pairing them up one with another. The lineup I have right now is Fluttershy with Twilight (because I find the possibilities of that ship/just helping each other out very interesting), Rainbow Dash with Pinkie (because I'm major-league referencing "The Party Hasn't Ended" by Poni1Kenobi, and because I think that is one of the most promising of ships), and Rarijack (because fabulous pony plus farm pony equals fabulous farm pony). So, what do you guys think? I'm having a bit of trouble with Rarijack, and it's bugging me, I guess because I haven't come up with a proper conflict. Oh, and one more thing: this is going to be fairly light shipping, mostly just pairing them up like they are in the show. And fanart:
  19. Wow, you're related to Daniel Boone?? That's so cool!! And a direct descendant, too! Never thought I'd be able to say that I know someone (albeit through Internet) who is directly related to Daniel Boone. Oh, es? Actualemente, no sé! Lo siento si mi español es malo--es mi segundo lenguaje, y no lo ha usé en un tiempo largo. Oh, you're an Irish immigrant? Interesting. IRA? Uhh...*Google searches* oh, the Irish Republican Army? *skims Wikipedia article* oohhh, I can see why the military would be a little cautious. So, i suppose this should probably go in the debate forum, but whatev--what do you think about the situation out there (in Northern Ireland, that is)? I mostly ask because I trust a living person's opinion better than a Wikipedia article. Swiss, eh? Cool! I actually don't remember having any Swedes in here before. (Which is probably why I had to look up "what do you call a person from Switzerland" on Google just now.) Have you gotten to go to Switzerland? If so, how is it? I've been considering adding it to my list of "bucket list" places visit. Hey, Noire! Nice to see somepony I already know on here. You say Czechoslovakian--does that mean that your relatives lived there before and/or during World War II? And I just realized how far some of your ascendants (if you can call them that) would have had to travel--whereas Ireland and the United Kingdom are right next to each other, and spill over into one another often, Czechoslovakia was way down near Germany! I suppose it's not as large a gap as, say, some of the part-African-part-European peeps I've met, but I guess that I wasn't thinking about that all the other times I commented on nationality. Wow, first Daniel Boone, now Willy Shakes himself! This certainly is my lucky day. And holy ponies on skateboards, that is a lot of words. I'm going to read it again to make sure I processed it right. *reads again* Wow, you have practically half of Europe's total nationalities in you! You must have a very interesting facial structure, with all those different influences. It seems that most of you comes from Eastern Europe, though, with some Western influences, and they seem to be centered around Central-Eastern Europe. Interesting...I wonder if I could graph that...sorry, I'm in Calculus right now, so my analytical side is turned way, way, waaaay up at the moment. Wow, that's a neat ancestry! I wish I knew this kind of stuff...I should start looking into my own line a bit more, instead of just asking people on the Internet what there's is. I'm super curious as to what your surname is, but I completely understand if you don't feel comfortable telling me. Oh, and GO VIKINGS!!! *brohoofs* Coolsies! I don't think I've ever seen that combination. Do you speak either? Je parle un peu. Wow, first Daniel Boone, then Shakespeare, now Mary, Queen of Scots?? Wow. And the rest of your description is pretty boss, too. I know for certain I haven't seen anyone with ancestry from the Lakota Tribe before. Whoa. Very cool. You know a good deal about your ancestry. Hah, your great grandmother sounds awesome! XD
  20. No, ghostie!!!! Why, Brighty, why?? Why'd you kill him?? Oh, wait, he's alive. Heck yes I would.
  21. Hi, person!! Welcome to the fabulous fan club of the most fabulousest pony in Equestria! And...that pic's been saved! I swear, I think I've gotten more fanart from this thread than I do from EqD!
  22. I haven't posted anything by way of fanart on here yet, so let's remedy that!
  23. Oh, interesting...I don't think I've seen that combination before! Very cool. Do you think that someday you'll learn Romanian or Hungarian? And would you be alright telling me your last name? Of course, I completely understand if you don't want to. Woohoo, go Scandinavia!! I'd estimate that I am a bit more than half--maybe up to 3/4--Norwegian and Danish. I wonder if the two of us are distant cousins or something. Wow, that's really cool! You have quite a rich Spanish history, my friend. I'd love to say that one of my relatives fought in some great war or something, but I believe I'd be lying to say so. Oh, and hablas español? O_O Whoa, you're cool. That's just about every culture that I have a fascination with! And I know dem feels there. The Brony/Pegasister is not strong with this one's line. Ooooh, Irish!! I love Irish stuff! Someday, I am going to learn Irish Gaelic. I just love listening to the language and speaking it--it just sounds so cool! Wow, that's a neat combination there. Wait a sec...that's actually somewhat similar to what I have. No African, and I don't think I have any English in me, but I've got the rest, especially Scottish. I am quite Scottish. And either 1/32 or 1/64 Cherokee. Not enough to get scholarships for it, but enough to say I'm part Native American! And to answer your question, I do think it is possible to genetically have an accent, because if you think about it, the shape of your mouth will decide your accent probably just as much as your location, and I'll bet that every genetic descent has different shapes, sizes, etc. of mouth and parts thereof. Omigosh, omigosh, omigosh, omigosh!!! Australia is sooooo coooll!!! And Australian accents are just...amazing. And Italian is cool, too. I like the language (I've been teaching myself Italian for about a year now). Je parle l'Ialiano? Oooh, neat. I know only a few Canadians, but one of them is one of my best friends. @@PE Brony Whoa, cool story, bro. Thank you for the enlightenment--I never knew a lot of that stuff! And what you said about that Indian man, I've always wanted to learn how to do that, to be able to look at someone's face and know where they're from. That would be sooo cool! Anyways, thanks to all of you for responding! Y'all are awesome.
  24. I am so glad that someone decided to do this! I put in my vote for Rarity and AJ, but boy was it hard to. I love all the Mane Six, and both Flutters and Pinkie are adorable little dears, but...neither of them have helped me change myself for the better, as both Rarity (in my favorite episode, "Sisterhooves Social"), and AJ (just being a farmpony like myself) have. Sorry, Pinkie and Fluttershy! I love you both no less because of this!
