Well i just find her a abilities a bit op why not make her into a pegasus instead?.

NOPE NOPE NOPE not even my oc Moonlight doesn't even have special abilities and she's a fucking alicorn let alone a earth pony having these abilities.

I suggest giving 1 special talent the others can be hobbies or something 

Haven't the show made it clear than almost every earth pony can't use magic at all? 

Also if she has nerve damage and a complex brain disorder she shouldn't be able to use telepathy or make wings appear out of no where at all and isn't telekinesis exclusive to unicorns? 

I admit she's a decent oc but her abilities needs to changed.
