      It means that a moderator read your topic and said that it:

      Didn't break any rules ( -whisper- yay!)

      Wasn't off topic ( -whisper- yay!)

      And actually fit the guidelines of that specific area (-whisper- yay!)

      Anyway, they normally only have "approval systems" on forums that are for helping new users get around the site and learn the rules, etc, etc. So your post was allowed there because it wasn't "uselessly posted on the wrong forum"...

      He only reason they have approval systems is to make sure people post the "correct" thing in the right area. It's the best way to remain organized.
