The moon is nearly full tonight and it's really beautiful, i love the night sky. i just wish light pollution wasn't a thing, the night sky would be so much prettier.

if i could change anything from the past, i wouldn't. if i had to go through everything i did so i could get to where i am today, it was worth it.

Sarsaparilla exploded, and got on my white guitar. sigh. cleaned it off, hope it works when it's completely dry.

High school is about to be half over. time goes by so quickly.

trying to learn how to play Green Day's song "Holiday" on guitar, it is such a banger and i love it

4 years since everything i knew crashed down at my feet.

3 years since reality brought me down to my knees.

2 years since i began the process of picking myself back up.

1 year since i reinvented myself.

8 months since i left behind what was destroying me.

6 months since i found myself and walked down a new path.

4 months since i decided to stop worrying about the future so much, and learned to live in the moment.

2 months since i met the girl who would change my life and reminded me that i shouldn't fear love.

And now, it's the beginning of a new era for me, and I'm going to live my life to the fullest. After all, with everything I've been through, it's nice to know that things have finally leveled out.

Miss me with that "opposites attract" crap, honestly. I believed that at one point, and that ended up horribly. I became good friends with the person I'm with due to our similarities, and a relationship between two best friends is more likely to last.

Being able to see my growth lyrically with my poetry is awesome, I've come so far and I finally feel like I'm actually decent at something.
