I despise him for his dull character and the forced way that EQG movies shoved the romance down in our throats despite the fact him and Twilight shared little to no real connection. And Twilight ways to blush around him makes her look OOC. And the way she has a crush on both Flash Sentry makes this shitty pairing makes Twilight attitude towards Flash horrible. That's a possibility, and I wouldn't hold it against them. Many crushes have simple starts while the connection builds over time. That's what this is.

When the group teases Twilight of her crush, she states that she doesn't even know him (Equestrian Flash)- he just reminds her of the other one. Given how similar everyone's counterparts are, it's only natural she'd feel something around both.

It's still dumb. Twilight is knew to be more mature level than the others Mane 5. The way her crush is made is lame in a way that makes no sense. She bumps into him and bam, sudden crush. Twilight is not Rarity.

Crushes dosen't always ensure a connection, most of the times they leads to disappointment.
