It's rather alarming that Tales, G3, and G3.5 — each MLP series that hallmarked obnoxious, antifeminist, sexist pandering to young girls and made MLP a near-dead punchline — get any praise when they honestly don't deserve any.
G3: very stereotypical characters that merely fit gender roles. A disregard of continuity. No sense of plausible conflict, making conflict innocent while treating stupid characters and decisions as smart. Only the animation was good, and soundtrack was okay at best.
