It's still early, but I predict the Golden Knights will become the hotter draw over the Raiders for these reasons.

1. The Golden Knights are home-grown. This team was born in Las Vegas and are the first major sports club out of there. The Raiders are going to move to LV from Oakland in a few years, and the Raiders have a pretty recent history of relocating (moved to LA in 82, then back to Oakland in '95).
2. The T-Mobile Arena was 100% privately funded. The Raiders' new stadium will use $800 million in public money! Personally, I'd feel VERY sore if my taxes will go to a stadium that will likely be used just a few times in the fall and winter.
3. The Knights have successfully branded their team to the city, particularly to kids and parents, and they were heavily involved in the local community following the Oct 1st terrorist attack. The team has a connection to Las Vegans off and on the ice, which the Raiders haven't done yet. But we'll see.
